The McCain Update - June 21, 2008
One of the most important things you can do to help make John McCain our next president is recruit people to join Team McCain. Asking your friends, family, neighbors and co-workers to take a stand and become a member of Team McCain will help build our ranks and make sure that we have volunteers all over the country to help spread John McCain's message.
The more people we can recruit now, from every state in the country, the more prepared we will be on election day. Please use our recruit friends tool and send emails out to at least 5 of your contacts today. You can even import email addresses easily from Outlook, Gmail, MSN, AOL and other email services. When you send out these recruitment emails and someone signs-up with JohnMcCain.com, you will receive points and can monitor your progress through the McCain Action Center. Please take a few minutes and start recruiting McCain Team members today!

Energy Security and the Economy

This week, John McCain outlined the growing energy challenges facing our nation and the need to reform our energy sector.
As president, John McCain will break from the failed energy policies of the past and lead a great national effort to achieve energy security for a peaceful and prosperous America. Working with the leading energy experts, John McCain will work to design and implement the right policies that will effectively govern our energy future by enhancing our economic stability, national security and environmental protection.
We released a new television ad this week entitled "Global" focusing on John McCain's plan to curb greenhouse gas emissions, grow our economy and protect our environment - watch it here. He also gave two important speeches this week about these issues. Please click here to read his energy security speech from Texas, as well as his energy and the economy speech from Missouri.
